Apple Pie Caramel Recipes
Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars
Crust:
- 2c graham crackers or gingersnaps
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3 blocks of cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Apples:
- 3 Granny Smith apples ; peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 1 tsp apple pie spice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Streusel Topping:
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup Butter ; (1 stick),
- 1/3 cup apple pie caramel sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender (or 2 forks) until mixture is crumbly. Press evenly into a 9x13 baking pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cheese filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar in an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Then add eggs, 1 at a time, vanilla, and apple pie spice. Stir to combine. Pour over warm crust.
Apples: In a small bowl, stir together chopped apples, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar, and apple pie spice. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture.
Streusel: Combine brown sugar, flour, oats and sprinkle over apples. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until filling is set.
Drizzle with apple pie caramel sauce and let cool. Serve cold and ENJOY!!
Apple Pie Caramel Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
- 14 Apple Pie Caramel Pieces
- 1 Can Cinnamon Rolls
- 4 TBSP. Apple Pie Caramel Sauce
Directions:
- Cut caramel pieces in half and roll into long thin ropes.
- Unroll each cinnamon roll.
- Place a piece of caramel along the piece of unrolled cinnamon roll and press down.
- Roll the cinnamon rolls back up and bake according to directions on can.
- Combine caramel sauce and cinnamon roll icing together.
- Spread caramel sauce/icing mixture on top of cinnamon rolls once baked.
- Eat and enjoy!
