Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 2c graham crackers or gingersnaps
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 c sugar
Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 3 blocks of cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Apples:

  • 3 Granny Smith apples ; peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Streusel Topping:
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup Butter ; (1 stick),
  • 1/3 cup apple pie caramel sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender (or 2 forks) until mixture is crumbly. Press evenly into a 9x13 baking pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cheese filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar in an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Then add eggs, 1 at a time, vanilla, and apple pie spice. Stir to combine. Pour over warm crust.

Apples: In a small bowl, stir together chopped apples, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar, and apple pie spice. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture. 

Streusel: Combine brown sugar, flour, oats and sprinkle over apples. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until filling is set. 

Drizzle with apple pie caramel sauce and let cool. Serve cold and ENJOY!!

Apple Pie Caramel Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 14 Apple Pie Caramel Pieces
  • 1 Can Cinnamon Rolls
  • 4 TBSP. Apple Pie Caramel Sauce

Directions:

  1. Cut caramel pieces in half and roll into long thin ropes.
  2. Unroll each cinnamon roll.
  3. Place a piece of caramel along the piece of unrolled cinnamon roll and press down.
  4. Roll the cinnamon rolls back up and bake according to directions on can.
  5. Combine caramel sauce and cinnamon roll icing together.
  6. Spread caramel sauce/icing mixture on top of cinnamon rolls once baked.
  7. Eat and enjoy!
