Caramel Brownies


  • 1/3 Cup Caramel Sauce or 7 Caramel Pieces(we used Espresso)
  • 1 Brownie Mix
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Espresso Powder(optional)


Preheat oven to 350 and grease 8 x 8 pan. Add espresso powder to dry brownie mix and add the eggs, water, and oil. Whisk until smooth and add to a pan. Spread out evenly and then drizzle the caramel sauce on top. If using pieces, place cut pieces evenly all over the brownie mix. Use a spatula to swirl the caramel sauce into the brownie batter.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Allow to completely cool and then, because why not, top with even more caramel! If you only have pieces you can melt them in the microwave in 15 second intervals until melted. Add a splash of heavy cream or half and half to thin it out.
