Lemon Pepper Carmel Sauce Chicken


  • 4 Chicken Breasts 
  • 5 Tbsp. Lemon Caramel Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning 
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1-2Tbsp. Butter
  • Salt
  • Rice


Season chicken breast on both sides with salt and lemon pepper. Be sure to keep 1 tsp of lemon pepper for the sauce. Cut each chicken breast into 1 inch chunks. Add the 1 tbsp of butter to a sauté pan and let it melt. Once the pan is hot, add the pieces of chicken and cook for about 2 minutes per side.

Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the pan and set it aside. Place the pan back on the stove and add 1 tbsp of butter, lemon juice, caramel sauce, 1 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt. Let the sauce cook until it becomes thick and smooth. 

Add the chicken back into the pan and coat each piece with the sauce. Serve on top of rice and garnish with parsley! Enjoy!
