A favorite among Dallas Caramel Company fans, our sea salt caramel offers deceptively deep flavors.
Perfectly smooth and just the right amount of sea salt, the caramels appeal to both the savory and sweet snack lover. Our secret? We use the “caviar of salt,” Fleur de Sel de Guerande, hand-harvested by scraping the very best from the salt pan and then naturally baked in the sun. It’s a minor touch, but one taste will have you believing the difference.
I first bought a Dallas caramel @ the side of a cash register in a salad restuarant. It was life changing! These caramels are so delicious, melt-in-your-mouth piece of heaven! I have yet to find a caramel who matches Dallas Caramel Company's! Well worth the price! My sister, who lives out of state, purchases & gives these away as small gifts. I just purchased 8pds to place in my daughter's hotel wedding bags to represent TX. (And DCC was so sweet to gift me labels to place on the bags I'll be repackaging them in.) Hands down, every flavor of caramel is superb! (Salted caramel is my favorite tho, whew, I'll never pass up any flavor!) I'll be a life long customer!

I absolutely love these caramels! They are very addicting. If you want to give someone a gift or treat yourself, these are the way to go. I will definitely be purchasing again. I dont eat a ton of sweets, but these are the perfect snack.
