Have purchasing these for a while now. I go to Wylie to pick them up.(also go to the monthly pop-ups). My favorite is the drunken nut. So incredibly delicious and soft. Best of all the never stick to your teeth.
I highly recommend these caramels!

I attribute the softness to the heat in the mail truck. After refrigeration, still was not back to right consistency. Will drive to Wylie for my next order.
Johnetta, I am sorry to hear that. :) If it is helpful, as of June 20 (summer) we are packing all caramel in insulated boxes with cold packs, and not shipping on Fridays (so they don't sit in the heat over a weekend).
