Disappointed
My family loves Dallas Caramel Company.
We purchased this as a gift to my mother in law. Thinking 3 hours away it should make it. She received the package 4 days late everything was completely melted.
I was embarrassed and disappointed that her gift arrived in that condition. We love the caramel.
I contacted the company, sent an email.
I was never contacted.

We are so sorry about the 2-day shipment not arriving to your Mother-in-law for 4-days! It is rare for FedEx to have that happen. I just wish it wasn't when it was a gift to your Mother-in-law. :( As you saw, this time of year we package everything with an insulated liner and cold packs. That works great for 2-day shipments, but when the shipping company makes a mistake, those safe guards won't keep things cool for 4-days. Again, we are sorry.
